Security checks
We use Cloudflare Turnstile on login and account creation forms to help protect Simply Done against spam, abuse and automated access attempts. Turnstile may process technical information such as browser, device and network signals for this security purpose. Cloudflare explains this processing in its Turnstile Privacy Addendum.
How long we keep information
We keep personal information only for as long as needed for the purpose it was collected, including account management, service delivery, audit, legal, tax, fraud prevention and dispute handling requirements.
Your rights
You may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to the use of your personal information, and to ask for a copy of information in a portable format. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint.
