What cookies are
Cookies are small files stored by a website in your browser. Similar technologies include local storage and session storage, which can remember information in your browser without using a traditional cookie file.
Our current position
Simply Done does not currently use advertising cookies, retargeting pixels or non-essential analytics cookies on the public website. We do use essential browser storage where needed to make the site work.
Essential storage we may use
Essential browser storage may be used to:
- Keep you signed in after you authenticate.
- Remember saved homes, pending actions or search flow state.
- Support security, fraud prevention and platform reliability.
- Remember interface choices needed for the current browsing session.
If you block or clear essential storage, some account, saved property, viewing or search features may stop working correctly.
Non-essential cookies
If we add analytics, advertising, heatmaps, tracking pixels or similar non-essential tools later, we will update this policy and ask for consent where required before those technologies are used.
Managing cookies and storage
You can clear cookies, local storage and session storage in your browser settings. You can also use private browsing modes or browser privacy controls, although some Simply Done features may be less convenient.
